A fire broke out at a fuel depot located on the Batumi highway near the Khelvachauri-Akhalsh KV on the evening of July 29. Eyewitnesses reported hearing a loud explosion during the incident.
The fire has been liquidated. No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. The Ministry of Internal Affairs press center stated that an investigation has been initiated under Article 187 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the damage or destruction of property by fire.
